Weight ManagementBreakfast is essential to maintain a balanced diet. As you lose weight your energy needs reduce, so you will naturally eat less than you did in the past.
It is sensible to keep eating 1 eurodiet™ product everyday (as a snack or meal).You can now begin to build more exercise into your daily life; ideally a sport or aerobic exercise 2 or 3 times a week, plus a daily walk (30-40mins).
