Phase 3

Gradual Nutrition

Phase 3 is re-introducing carbohydrates to your diet. A greater variety of foods, particularly carbohydrate 'based' foods are gradually reintroduced. Meals slowly become more 'sociable'.

To make Phase 3 more effective it is in 3 separate stages. Stages a + b are quite strictly controlled to maintain a steady weight loss.

Stage c is about stabilising your weight loss, gradually preparing you for Phase 4, which is designed to help you stick at your new weight and maintain your eating habits forever.
