Your Rights
You can expect us to respect your rights.
This means we will respect the following:
- Data Protection Act (1998)
- See the information we hold about you in accordance with the law (Freedom of Information Act 2006)
- Have your personal information protected and not disclosed to anyone else without your consent or unless the law requires.
- We will disclose details of your completed MOHAS™ to your GP if they request by email or in writing, unless expressed otherwise.
How will we know whether we have met our commitments to you?
We will be asking through regular surveys, listening to your feedback and talking to external organisations to monitor how we are doing! The results will be available upon request and in our annual report.
